DARIENZO DESIGNS

The Cowgill Residence is located in the gated community known as Landfall, in Wilmington, NC. At Dogwood Architecture we did not create the house, rather we were focused on the exterior terrace, lanai, and pool area. I created the full set of drawings for this project, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and renderings. I dealt directly with the builder and the Landfall ARC, whom all drawings must be approved by before construction may begin.
