DARIENZO DESIGNS

The Carlisle Residence, actually the first of the two built on the Cape Fear River, is a successful SIPS house with a standing seam copper roof. The house was orientated so that the massive rear porches could grasp the spectacular views across the river. Upon being built, the owner decided to add a cupola and go with a gable roof due to cost. It was completed in October of 2016.
